Thanks for your interest in joining our crew. Before you fill in the below, here are a few things you should consider...

Firstly, we are a small but very busy restaurant, and our people carry a high workload. We set high standards, and our crew members tend to stay with us long term. To secure a place with us, you will need to be quick of mind and hand!

Secondly, what you have done before is less important to us than what you can learn. It's important that you are honest about your strengths and challenges. Don't imagine that exaggerating previous positions will aid your cause, the opposite is the case. If you tell us you have a particular skill, you may be asked to demonstrate it. Your references will be checked. Please provide at least two.

Finally, you must fill in all of the questions below. Incomplete applications will not be considered. If you are needing to find employment immediately, then we suggest that you find alternatives, as your application with us will take time to consider, and there may be more than one interview.

All new crew members are allotted a 5 shift trial, after which you will be given an evaluation by both management and the rest of the crew, and then a further 10 shift roster if we feel there is potential, but need for improvement. After this period, you will either be offered a permanent position or the reasons for not doing so will be explained clearly.

All information is confidential, and will not be shared with any other party. Unsuccessful applications will not be kept on file unless requested.
